Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online donations to Paryavaran Resource Centre, Ahilyanagar are voluntary contributions to PRC’s work on water security, watershed development and rural livelihoods.

Successful donations

Once a payment is confirmed on our server and an 80G-eligible receipt is due, the donation is treated as complete. Voluntary donations are generally not refundable.

Failed, duplicate or erroneous payments

If a charge appears but the donation did not complete, or if the same amount is charged more than once by mistake, write to paryavaranparis@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction. Please include the donor name, amount, date, and Razorpay payment or order ID if shown on your bank or UPI statement.

After we verify the payment with Razorpay, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and UPI apps typically credit the amount within 5–7 working days of initiation. PRC does not store card details.

Cancellations

You may close the payment window before paying. No amount is collected until you complete payment. After a successful charge, cancellation follows the refund process above.
